How to Calculate Love Percentage by Name

There are several playful ways to get a love percentage from two names. Here are the most common.

The LOVES method

Write both names together and count how many times the letters L, O, V, E and S appear. Add neighbouring numbers repeatedly until two digits remain. That is the percentage.

The FLAMES game

Cross out common letters in both names, count the remaining letters, and use the number to eliminate letters from FLAMES (Friends, Love, Affection, Marriage, Enemies, Siblings) until one remains.

Name numerology
